Payments: You can process payments when players pay on site. Please note that it is not possible to manually register a payment, for example if a player pays in cash.

Click on the player and select Entry fee from the menu on the left.

If there is an outstanding payment, it will be displayed here. Click Create Payment Request to generate a payment link and QR code.

The payment link can be copied and/or emailed to the player.

The QR code allows the player to complete the payment immediately on site.

Refunds: Click Payments in the left-hand menu. Under the Refund tab, you can see which players need to be refunded.

Select the player you want to refund and confirm the payment in the pop-up window.

Please note: Depending on the player's bank, it may take 24 to 48 hours for the refunded amount to appear in their account.
